For a single person, you have to make a cancellation 60 days before the departure and for groups you have to inform 120 days before the departure to avoid any penalties
If cancellation is confirmed in writing before the final payment is due, then some amount as a cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit.
No refund will be applicable, if the cancellation is made on or after the final due date.
