Lost/Delayed/Damaged Baggage
- For any query/complaint regarding lost/delayed and damaged baggage kindly contact the customer support team.
- In case of delayed/missing baggage kindly fill this Form within 7 days of your flight's arrival or if you have not yet left your arrival airport, please go to the Air France baggage office and file a Property Irregularity Report (PIR).
- In case of damaged baggage kindly contact the Air France baggage office at your arrival airport to report any damage if you are still at the airport. If you have left the airport you can report within 7 days from the day you received your baggage to submit a compensation request for damage by filling this Form or by contacting the customer service in your country of residence.
