Lost/Delayed/Damaged Baggage
- For any query/complaint related to lost/delayed/damaged baggage, you can contact to the customer support.
- For delayed baggage you have to make inquiry within 21 days.
- For lost baggage you have to make a inquiry within 30 days and for domestic flights it was 21 days.
- Incase your baggage is not within 21 days then it will be considered as lost and you have to fill this Form to file a claim.
