Cancellation And Refund
- For any query/complaint related to cancellation and refund you can mail at customerservice@bookmundi.com .
- If you cancelled the trip or experience on the day of departure, then you will not receive any refund from the booking amount.
- If you cancelled the trip or experience within 60-30 days, then you will receive half refund from the booking amount.
- The refund will be initiated within 22 working days in the original payment method.
