Cancellation And Refund
- For any query or complaint related to cancellation and refund, you can contact customer support.
- For single-day tours, you must cancel more than 48 hours before the start to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour, you will not receive any refund.
- For multi-day tours, if you cancel more than 60 days before the departure date, you will receive a 50% refund.
- For multi-day tours, if you cancel within 60 days of the departure date, you will not receive any refund.
