Group Booking/Lost & Found And Cancellation
- For Group booking related query you can call at 800-448-2428 .
- You can also fill this Group booking Form .
- If you have left or lost something in the park, you can fill this lost & found Form .
- Unclaimed items may be disposed of after 48 hours.
- If you've lost your Season Pass, please check at Lost & Found, located just inside the Main Gate.
- If the reservation is cancelled any time prior to 72 hours of arrival date will be charged with some amount of fee from your booking.
- If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival the first night's stay plus tax will be Non-refundable.
