Lost/Delayed/Damaged Baggage
- For any query/complaint regarding lost/delayed/damaged baggage kindly contact the customer support team.
- You can report lost or damaged bags in person at the destination airport within 4 hours of arriving.
- You can report missing or damaged baggage by filling out and submitting the missing/delayed/damaged baggage Report form available from Denver Air Connection representatives at the airport.
- All bags are screened by TSA, if your bag is damaged or items are missing, kindly call at 866-289-9673.
- Baggage which has not been located for more than 14 days since reported missing will be considered lost.

Changes/Cancellation And Refund
- For any query/complaint regarding changes/cancellation and refund kindly contact the customer support team.
- Changes and cancellations for reservations purchased directly from Denver Air Connection must be handled in-person or through the call center.
- For reservations purchased through a third party, please contact the party from which you purchased your reservation to make changes.
- Changes and cancellations must be made at least 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
- Once purchased, the fare is non-refundable, though a credit may be available depending on when you cancel.
