Cancellation and Refund

• For any query related to cancellation and refund, you can contact at the customer support team.
• The cancellation policy depends on the experience you have booked, you can cancel some experiences up to 24, 48, or 72 hours before they start.
• To cancel before departure, email at postpone@greatvaluevacations.com at least 30 days prior to your scheduled departure.
• Refund eligibility is determined by the Operator based on these terms and supplier policies. Requests must be made in writing within 30 days after travel. River cruises are typically non‑refundable.
