Lost/Delayed/Damaged Baggage And Refund
- For any query/complaint related to lost/delayed/damaged baggage, then you can contact customer support.
- If you didn't report your lost baggage at the airport, then you have 21 days to report it by filling this Form .
- If you receive damaged baggage, then you have to report it at the baggage service desk at the airport.
- If you cancel the flight within 24 hours, then you will get a full refund
- You can also request a refund by filling this Form .
