Refund/Cancellation
- For any query/complaint regarding the refund/cancellation you can contact the customer support.
- Your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and it may take up to 7 days to be received in your account and up to 2 billing cycles to show on your statement.
- In case of payment through a gift card you will receive a new gift card in the email you used when booking, within 4 hours after your refund has been processed, for more query you can mail at giftcards@hotels.com
- Some bookings are non-refundable.
