Lost/Delayed/Damaged Baggage
- For any query/complaint regarding lost/delayed/damaged baggage kindly contact the customer support team.
- In case of delayed baggage create a report as soon as possible through self-service delayed baggage portal or by clicking the report delayed bag button through the track my bags function on the Qantas App .
- If your delayed baggage is not found within 21 days then you can claim for lost bag reimbursement.
- In case of damaged baggage kindly contact the baggage services counter at the airport to lodge a report if you are still at the airport. If you've eft the airport then you can fill this Form .
- In case of lost property kindly contact at the details given below:
