Lost/Delayed/Damaged Baggage
- For any query/complaint regarding lost/delayed/damaged baggage kindly contact the customer support team.
- In case of lost/delayed baggage you must contact Seaborne and file a complaint before leaving the airport or within four hours of the arrival of the flight.
- In the case of damaged baggage, an initial claim must be filed with Seaborne before leaving the arrival airport or at least within 24 hours from the date of the receipt of the baggage.
