Lost/Delayed/Damaged Baggage And Refund
- For any query/complaint regarding lost/delayed and damaged baggage you can contact the customer support.
- In case of damaged baggage you must bring the bag to the Southwest Baggage Service Office in the airport for agent assistance within 24 hours of your domestic flight and within 7 calendar days of your international flight.
- In case of lost baggage kindly contact your destination's Baggage Service Office.
- In case of missing items from the baggage customer must make the claim within four hours after the arrival of the flight on which the loss or delay has occured or the receipt of the baggage, whichever is applicable in domestic itineraries and within twenty-one calendar days for international itineraries.
- You can cancel your reservation without penalty within 24 hours to get a full refund.
