  • If your baggage is delayed/damaged, you have to report it within 4 hours of your flight arrival within the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virigin Islands.
  • If your baggage is delayed in international travel, then you have to report it within 21 days.
  • For damaged baggage in international travel, you have to report it within 7 days.
