- For any query/complaint related to Lost / Damaged / Delayed Baggage, you can call at 612-970-3576
- If you have lost something in the airport, then you can call at 1-866-289-9673
- If your baggage is delayed/damaged, you have to report it within 4 hours of your flight arrival within the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virigin Islands.
- If your baggage is delayed in international travel, then you have to report it within 21 days.
- For damaged baggage in international travel, you have to report it within 7 days.
