Lost/Delayed/Damaged Baggage
- For any query/complaint regarding lost/delayed/damaged baggage kindly contact the customer support team.
- You can report a delayed baggage by filling this Form or to the baggage tracing office at the airport.
- In case of damaged baggage kindly report by filling this Form up to three days after your flight or to the baggage tracing office at the airport.
- If you have lost a personal item on a flight departing from Zurich or Geneva, please immediately contact the Lost & Found office upon arrival at your destination airport. If you have already left the airport, visit the airport's website and report it under "Lost & Found" or "Lost Property".
