For any query/complaint related to cancellation and refund you can contact to the customer support.
If you cancel 60 or more days before the trip, you will receive a refund after deducting a $200 cancellation fee.
If you cancel 30-60 days before the trip, only the amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the trip, no refund will be given.
Deposits cannot be moved to another trip if cancellation is within 30 days of departure.
If Timberline cancels a trip (due to fewer than 6 participants), you may choose a full refund, credit, or transfer to another trip.
