Lost/Delayed/Damaged Baggage
- For any query/complaint regarding lost/delayed and damaged baggage kindly contact the customer support team.
- In case of delayed baggage kindly contact a customer service agent at the airport.
- If your baggage is still not located after 3 days from the date of arrival kindly fill the claim form at the destination airport.
- In case of damaged baggage, you must file your claim immediately after the flight arrival by contacting customer service agent at the airport.
- If you forgot to report a delay or damage at the airport, you can report it through the self-service module within 5 days after the arrival of your flight.

Changes/Cancellation And Refund
- For any query/complaint regarding changes/cancellation and refund kindly contact the customer support team.
- You can make changes up to 4 hours before the flight, changes are not allowed once you have your boarding pass or if you only made a partial payment.
- To get a refund, cancel at least 7 days before international flights or 24 hours before domestic flights.
- If a flight is cancelled, delayed, or if you miss a connection due to delay or cancellation, you will be rebooked on the next available flight as soon as possible.
