Return/Refund And Cancellation
- For any query/complaint regarding return/refund and cancellation you can contact the customer support team.
- You can return most of the items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Wayfair does not accept returns at warehouses, and refunds will only be processed once your item is received at the Returns Center. If the returned item is not received, the refund may be reversed
- Return policy is different for each product depending on the terms and conditions.
- Direct exchanges are not available, but you can return an item for store credit and then place a new order.
- Your refund will be initiated once your item is received at the Return Center and will be received within 3-5 business days or 2 weeks, if you returned your item in-store, your refund will be initiated once the item has been processed at the store.
