Report A Lost Or Stolen Card
To report a lost or stolen card kindly follow the procedure given below:
- During Business Hours:
- Call 1-800-UCBANK1 (1-800-822-2651) or visit your nearest branch
- After Hours:
- Call 1-800-UCBANK1 (1-800-822-2651), then follow the prompts to be directed to the Card Center in order to report and block your lost or stolen card.
- Then, contact your local branch on the next business day to order a replacement card.
