Lost/Delayed/Damaged Baggage
- For any query/complaint regarding lost/delayed/damaged baggage kindly contact the customer support team.
- In case of delayed baggage you can fill this Complaint Form or contact the Lost & Found office at the arrival airport.
- If your baggage is still not located after seven days, or you have lost an item you can contact the local Lost & Found Office for a baggage claim form.
- In case of damaged baggage make a report at the airport within 7 days of your flight arrival, you can also fill this Form .
