For White House Tour?
- First you must request a tour through the office of your U.S. Representative or one of your U.S. Senators.
- Requests must be sent between 90 days and 21 days before your visit.
- Then you'll be asked to provide personal details for a background check.
- Visitors 18+ need a valid government-issued ID like a real ID, passport, or military ID. No photos or copies.
- You will be notified of the status of your tour request about 2-3 weeks beforehand.
